The first step in the enrollment process is to contact our admissions department and complete the phone interview. Next you will receive and complete the enrollment application, return it to us and receive acceptance. Mail your deposit. Receive an admissions date and plan for transportation as outlined below. (new admissions are only accepted on Mondays, admission dates will not be set without receipt of the deposit) How do I get my son to you? There are several options for getting your son to us. Bring him yourself. If you wish, you can also schedule a tour of our facility at this time. Have a friend or family member bring him. Arrange for a transport agency to pick your son up and bring him to us. Heart Mountain New Beginnings provides free transport to and from Yellowstone Regional Airport in Cody, WY.. HMNB will pick your son up from the Logan International Airport in Billings, MT for an additional transport fee.
